Smiles!

I caught these pictures this afternoon of what started happening a few days ago around here...

Those are actually smiles. My mom got me started; I thought she was silly last week, going on and on, trying to get Susanna to crack a big one, but now I, too, am on a quest to get a good smile picture. They are so hard when you have to make a fool of yourself trying to coax it out, and manage to get a non-blurry picture at the same time! Very good practice for me, since I want to start doing portraits soon!
